Rashenah Hayati is an educator by heart, and has dedicated her career to the improvement of teaching and learning around the world. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia Southern University, a Masters of Education in Instructional Technology from American Intercontinental University, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Design. With 20 years of experience in education, she began her career in the United States as a Special Education and Advanced Placement teacher.
Since 2011, Rashenah has worked as in international teacher, curriculum specialist, trainer, and principal. Her work with multiple international organizations has allowed her to support schools with implementing State Standards, research based best practices, technology integration, and innovative instruction. In addition, she has coached school leadership teams to prepare for NEASC, Cognia accreditation, and developing implementation plans for meeting district guidelines. Her work with schools is notable for showing drastic improvements in numerous performance indicators earning her multiple awards in the field of education. Currently, Rashenah provides coaching to district superintendents and school leaders with a focus on making instructional changes to drive educational excellence.

Zina Hodge is a passionate certified educator and instructional coach with over 12 years of dedicated service in the field of education. A proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Zina holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, laying the foundation for her commitment to academic excellence and student-centered learning. Zina pursued a Master's in Education from Boston College, specializing in urban education.
Throughout her career, Zina has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to professional growth and development. With a background as a former teacher leader specializing in literacy across Boston and South Florida, she brings a wealth of expertise to her work in developing leaders and fostering high-quality educational options that prioritize effective teaching, nurturing the whole child, equity and inclusion. For 6 years, Zina served at Boston College as Associate Director of Field Placement and Partnership Outreach and Assistant Director of Urban Outreach, where she collaborated with school districts nationwide. In her capacity, she was instrumental in forging partnerships and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing educational outcomes. As a Teacher Education professor, she played a pivotal role in mentoring and empowering future educators.
As a thriving educational consultant, she has provided invaluable support and guidance to K-12 leaders and educators across the county, empowering them to deliver high-quality instruction and maximize student success. In addition to her work in academia, Zina is the proud owner of Kinsman Learning, a tutoring center, and Driven Athlete, a virtual literacy mentoring program for urban youth. Through these endeavors, she directly contributes to the creation of vibrant, compassionate communities that prioritize students' interests, needs, and learning journeys. Zina's multifaceted career exemplifies her unwavering dedication to her deep-seated belief in the power of education to transform lives and communities. With her diverse experiences and wealth of expertise, she continues to shape the landscape of education creating opportunities for growth and empowerment for students and educators alike.
